Injury and damages assessment
Legal cases often involve a need to assess damages in a way that's as accurate as possible. For various reasons, it is often almost impossible to simply add and subtract and arrive at a figure that can be accepted by both parties. But there is usually enough data about wages, prices or other compensation that can be used to determine a statistically valid and reliable estimate.
We can provide models for assessing costs and damages, and provide the formally correct language for these estimates to show the acceptable assumptions used in the estimates.
