Rahul Dodhia 
Founder, Statistician
Raven Analytics was founded in 2002 by Rahul Dodhia, Ph.D. (Columbia University). He has provided statistical consulting services to corporations and researchers for more than ten years in fields including market research, business data mining, risk analysis, biotechnology, medical device and pharmaceutical clinical trials analysis. Most recently, he has been involved in a number of ecommerce applications, including sizing the value of ecommerce customers and the marketing effectiveness of various offline and online media.
As a senior researcher at NASA Ames Research Center and Columbia University, he developed models for the analysis of human cognition. This work has appeared in publication in journals including The American Statistician and the Journal of Cognitive Neuropsychology and has been presented at conferences hosted by the Society for Mathematical Psychology and the Psychonomic Society. He has also reviewed articles and manuscripts for the Journal of the American Statistical Association, Springer-Verlag, and Human Factors. Among the many university courses he has taught are graduate-level courses in quantitative analysis at Columbia University and NASA. He is also a member of many professional organizations, including the American Statistical Association.

After several years in academia at the University of Chicago (researching the wildly popular field of Ancient Greek Religions), Annette decided to stop spending so much time at Wrigley Field and become a productive member of society. Since then, Annette has provided management and strategic planning counsel to a wide variety of educational institutions, non-profit organizations and foundations.
Our resident storyteller and communications expert, she has helped national foundations develop long term strategic plans and guided reorganization and training efforts for major research institutions. Annette has spent time in the "trenches" as well, leading a start-up human services organization (increasing staff and revenues by 400% in less than 4 years) and helped develop record breaking major donor fundraising efforts for organizations including UNICEF, PBS and a host of other worthy concerns.
Annette advises clients on strategy and options for increasing customer and member participation. In addition to her work with Raven Analytics, Annette runs her own consulting practice - beyondthedivide.com. Currently she is helping develop communications strategy and messaging for the Herndon Alliance, a national health care reform movement advising presidential candidates, health care advocates and state campaigns to broaden and expand the base of support for quality, affordable health care in America.
